Application Report: Strenghtening of embossing stamps

The application report details a scenario where embossing stamps needed strengthening. The team designed reinforced embossing stamps and adapted the design of the corresponding seats in the tool. Thanks to our network of manufacturing partners, we supplied the hardened embossing stamps. We adapted the tool with our mobile milling system directly on site at the customer's premises. Our toolmakers correctly adjusted the stamping dies on the try-out press. Thanks to our versatile team, we were able to handle the entire project.
